What We Do
- Chimney stack repointing and re-rendering — Rake out failed mortar, repoint with weather-resistant mortar and, where needed, re-render the stack to protect the brickwork.
- Lead flashing replacement — We use code 4 lead and proper stepped flashing (or cavity tray detail) so the junction between chimney and roof is watertight.
- Chimney cowls and pots — Replacement of damaged or missing pots and cowls to prevent rain and birds entering, and to improve draught where the chimney is in use.
- Flaunching repairs — The mortar bed at the top of the stack that holds the pot; we repair or replace when it has cracked or failed.
- Partial and full chimney stack rebuilds — Where the stack is unstable or beyond repair, we rebuild to match existing or to a safe, compliant standard.
